Since we have reached the halfway point of September I thought it would be a good idea to review requirements to receive bonus commissions if you are building a team.

DESIGNERS: Do you mentor or have a designer under you? If so, you can receive a commission off of HER sales! In order to receive this bonus and be promoted to LEAD DESIGNER you must meet the following requirements:

PV: $250 (you as a designer must have purchased or sold $250 wholesale product)
TEAM PV: $500 (you and those under you must have purchased or sold a combined total of $500 wholesale)
ACTIVE DESIGNERS: you must have at least ONE active designer under you (active = $99 bought or sold wholesale for the month

 

 LEAD DESIGNER In order to be promoted to TEAM LEADER you must meet the following requirements:

PV: $500 (you as a designer must have purchased or sold $500 wholesale product)
TEAM PV: $1500 (you and those under you must have purchased or sold a combined total of $1500 wholesale)
ACTIVE DESIGNERS: you must have at least THREE active designer under you (active = $99 bought or sold wholesale for the month)

 

TEAM LEADER: In order to be promoted to SENIOR TEAM LEADER you must meet the following requirements:

PV: $500 (you as a designer must have purchased or sold $500 wholesale product)
TEAM PV: $3000 (you and those under you must have purchased or sold a combined total of $3000 wholesale)
ACTIVE DESIGNERS: you must have at least FIVE active designers under you (active = $99 bought or sold wholesale for the month
TEAM LEADER: you must have ONE Team leader under you.
